How do I Start?
Intro Session:
This one hour session is essential in designing the most effective and beneficial program for your specific needs. All students with injuries and known limitations are required to do an introduction private evaluation.
Private Sessions: (one on one)
This is where you will want to start. As individual physique varies, so will individual response to the Pilates exercise. A private workout is comprehensive and tailored to your needs. As you progress, your program will be developed according to your individual requirements. For maximum results and safety concerns, prior permission from the instructor is required before attending a group glass. A minimum of 10 private training sessions is recommended.
Semi-Private: (2 students-bring your own partner)
This is recommended for husband and wives, moms and daughters or just between friends. This is a great way to enjoy the benefits of Pilates and keep each other accountable.
Group Sessions:
Our group sessions are unique in the Pilates field. We provide consistent supervision while encouraging independence in a learning environment. As in all physical conditioning, continuity is an important factor in achieving ongoing progress. Three sessions per week are optimum for making alignment changes and for general physical conditioning that will encourage maximum performance enhancement.
Pilates exercise can benefit individuals from 12-99 years of age. No previous experience necessary.
